Return and Refund Policy

Deviix (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds: We will process refunds for items that are returned in new, unused, and resellable condition within 7 days of the shipment delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling fees.

Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@deviix.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@deviix.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items: All final sale items are not eligible for return and refund, these include items such as undergarments, swimwear, personal care products, and other items as specified.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@deviix.com to obtain a RMA number and return the item according to the return policy. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.

Time-frame: Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of the shipment delivery date, any requests made after 7 days will not be processed.
